    This position ensures the efficient daily operation of the bank branch, including client service, relationship development and expansion, needs fulfillment, and safety and soundness, in accordance with the Bank’s overall objectives.     • Be flexible for the internal and external clients to make it happen
    • Pre-Doc meetings with Business Banker, Business Banking Assistant, and other departments as needed within 1 business day of receiving commitment letter or approval
    • Ongoing conversations with Business Banker, Business Banking Assistant, and Credit for mutual agreement on turnaround time and service expectations
    • Proactively hold vendors accountable on mutually agreed upon costs, turnaround times, and other service expectations
    • Review and update the WIP report daily. Immediately communicate material changes to Business Banker and Business Banking Assistant
    • Deliver a draft set of complete loan documents to the Business Banker and Business Banking Assistant for forwarding to clients 3 business days prior to closing
    • Deliver a correct and complete set of loan documents with properly reconciled loan transactions to Loan Ops for booking
