    This position is responsible for proactively seeking new core deposit opportunities while building client relationships for the bank. Great communication, strong business development/sales skills, and customer relations are an integral part of the role. This position supports the Bank’s Strategy Statement through effective collaboration with Branch Managers, Business Bankers, and Treasury Management, guided by a common purpose to help make financial lives better by connecting clients to the bank resources they need to be successful. The Business Development Officer will draw on previous experience and their existing client base to grow and sustain core deposits.

    Essential Responsibilities:
