First Citrus Bank CEO and President Jack Barrett says DFCU Florida won’t lose the personal, high-touch experience that has been a hallmark of the First Citrus Bank. Under the merger, Barrett will become DFCU Florida market president, and the rest of the management team will stay in their current roles. All six First Citrus Bank branches will remain open following the merger, which is expected to close in the fourth quarter.
