Assistant Branch Manager

First Citrus Bank is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our  retail team as a full-time Assistant Branch Manager in our downtown Saint Petersburg Branch. As an Assistant Branch Manager (ABM), you will be responsible for the daily operations and opening/closing of the branch.  This includes leadership and management of our associates to meet and exceed branch goals and key performance indicators.  Provide service and needs fulfillment leadership to ensure growth through personal example and regular monitoring of individual and team results.  Partner with the Branch Manager to mentor and coach associates to increase acquisition of new clients and retain and expand personal and business relationships; ultimately executing our Strategy Statement. RESPONSIBILITIES OF A PERSONAL BANKER

  • Perform a variety of client service duties including but not limited to:
    • Opening, closing, and maintaining all deposit accounts
    • Introducing digital banking channels and services to clients
    • Setting up credentials to online/mobile banking and guiding clients through enrollment process and app download
    • Responding to all client emails and phone calls within a few hours
    • Collecting all relevant client information and resolving more complex customer concerns with a positive and client-centered approach
    • Assisting with Teller duties when necessary
  • Establish new banking relationships with clients ensuring they are offered all the products and services that are appropriate given their financial needs with a high level of product understanding, knowledge, and confidence
  • Retain and deepen existing client relationships through a needs fulfillment selling approach
  • Process transactions quickly, accurately, assist with operational activities and responsibilities, and maintain flexibility between performing Teller and New Accounts/Sales based transactions
  • Encourage clients to use self-service banking solutions on-line and mobile banking to enhance their service experience outside of the branch so our clients have banking services available to them 24 hours a day
